Moving Zen Meditation
Many people today are searching for peace and calm. There are many paths, the path we offer utilizes focused attention. But, unlike static meditation where the breath may be the focus our focus is on how the body is flowing through movements as well as the breathing and timing.
Moving Mediation uses a traditional Okinawan Karate Kata, but the intent is not physical techniques to be applied to an opponent, but instead the movements are used to focus the mind, creating awareness of your physical body as it moves through time and space, and of course the movements strengthens and stretches the body.
